As I have said many times, I'd support illegalization of Nazis like Germany did.

According to Gemini. at least 19 countries have explicit, nationwide bans on Nazi symbols, propaganda, or the party itself, while many others use broader "hate speech" or "anti-extremism" laws to prevent the party from reforming.

Several modern neo-Nazi and white supremacist organizations explicitly or implicitly advocate for the extermination, "eradication," or "removal" of non-white populations and Jewish people. Many of these groups operate under an accelerationist ideology, which seeks to trigger a societal collapse and a "race war" to establish a white ethnostate.

1. The National Alliance (NA)

Founded by William Pierce, this group has been described as one of the most dangerous neo-Nazi formations in the U.S.

Ideology: Explicitly genocidal; its foundational documents call for the "eradication of the Jews and other races"—a process Pierce’s writings coldly referred to as "a temporary unpleasantness."

Influence: Pierce authored The Turner Diaries, a novel depicting a violent revolution and the systematic extermination of non-whites and "race traitors," which served as a blueprint for the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing.

2. Blood Tribe

A relatively new but highly visible neo-Nazi group founded in 2021 by Christopher Pohlhaus.

Stance: The group’s stated goal is to transform the U.S. into an all-white ethnostate through the violent removal of all Jews and non-white minorities, whom they view as "enemies of the white race."

Tactics: They engage in "hate marches" and public demonstrations, often utilizing Nazi symbols and chanting genocidal slogans.

3. Atomwaffen Division (AWD) / National Socialist Order (NSO)

AWD is a notorious accelerationist group that promotes a hyper-violent, apocalyptic version of neo-Nazism.

Beliefs: They view modern society as "degenerate" and beyond redemption, advocating for its total collapse through terrorism and mass murder to clear the way for a white supremacist state.

Genocidal Rhetoric: The group celebrates mass killers like Dylann Roof and Anders Breivik, viewing their actions as necessary steps toward the eventual elimination of their enemies.

4. The Base

Founded by Rinaldo Nazzaro, The Base functions as a paramilitary recruitment and training network.

Goal: Similar to Atomwaffen, they focus on preparing for a "race war." They advocate for the destabilization of the government and the eventual use of violence to achieve racial purification and the establishment of a white ethnostate.

5. National Socialist Club (NSC-131)

Operating primarily in New England, NSC-131 adheres to National Socialism (Nazism).

Focus: While much of their public activity involves harassing LGBTQ+ and immigrant communities, their core ideology centers on a "war" against what they claim is a "Jewish-controlled system" intended to commit "white genocide." They view those they target as legitimate objects of removal or elimination.

What accounts for this perverse preoccupation with skin color by certain people who identify as "white"? I'll never understand this self-defeating aspect of our species.

And yet prominent Jews are participants and enablers of this genocidal fascism.

Even Trump who has a Jewish daughter and grand children enables the NAZI's.

Edit added: Apparently the Ramaswamy's, Patels, Haleys, Thoas, Ye's, Robinsons, Scotts, Owens think that they are white or invisible. And then there are the Queers, the Thiels and the Bessents and Vances

Meanwhile, psycho Stephen Miller has doubled down on pressuring the ICE authorities to fulfill his DAILY QUOTA.

I'd be very interested to find out if he has had contact with any of the above.

Emails obtained by The Southern Poverty Law Center indicate that he likes to recommend that his colleagues read this book that inspires him:

"The Camp of the Saints is a 1973 French novel by Jean Raspail that has become a key inspiration within white nationalist circles. It portrays a dystopia, or perhaps an apocalypse: a flotilla of South Asian people who invade France and effectively overthrow Western society."

"The key themes are actually white supremacy and the end of white civilization as the West knows it — infestation, invasion, hordes of nameless, faceless migrants who come to indeed invade the West and bring about its end," says Chelsea Stieber, professor of French and Francophone studies at Catholic University of America.

The picture Thom included is similar to ones I have seen of Nazi uniformed patrols demanding "Papieren bitte" (papers please). But in a farm field? Who carries ID to harvest crops? Moreover, who do these thugs think will harvest their veggies? butcher their meat? clean up their hotel room? Also, wearing masks makes it impossible to make a complaint regarding excessive force. That gives these ex-militia racist goons impunity.

I doubt that Dems will shut down DHS over masks or do anything to effectively end this fascist takeover of our nation by billionaire pedophiles. All we can do is vote them out of office and hope the Dems will restore life as usual - but with high taxes for billionaires.

I asked AI the question; The answer:

Based on recent news reports and social media trends (as of early 2025), this phrase has been widely discussed in the context of immigration debates, but it is not a direct quote from one single public figure.

Rather, the sentiment is often presented in a few different ways:

As a Democratic/Liberal rhetorical question: Many Democrats and immigrant advocates have asked "Who will pick the fruit?" to argue that mass deportations would hurt the agricultural industry. For example, Rep. Pramila Jayapal was criticized for saying immigrants are needed to "pick the food we eat". Similarly, Rep. Jerry Nadler argued that vegetables would rot without immigrant labor.

As an accusation or counter-argument: On social media and in online forums, the argument is often framed that if illegal immigrants are deported, it will be up to "poor whites" or "Americans on Medicaid" to do the backbreaking, low-wage work, as suggested in some, often sarcastic, online discussions.

A "Touchback" Policy idea: Some supporters of stronger immigration enforcement, such as in discussions referencing Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins, have suggested that if immigrants are deported, they could be replaced by machines or able-bodied Americans.

In summary, it is a phrase used to highlight the reliance of the U.S. agricultural sector on immigrant labor, with the "whites will pick the fruit" aspect often appearing as an ironic or argumentative response regarding who will take those jobs if they are vacated.

Big Ag gotcha, or your AI anyway. Arguing to get rid of immigrants guarantees increased corporate farming - i.e., mechanized planting and harvesting just like the USSR tried and failed. Their goal is to get small farms to sell. Of course, like the USSR, small farms are more productive per acre because mechanized farming reduces crop yields due to pollution and reduces the fertility of the land with monster machines.

After "The Wall" came down, I visited several spent Soviet farms around Chemnitz DE. Erosion was everywhere. The farms were so big, that it took all day to plow two rows - mornings outbound and another row afternoons inbound. Also, the runoff was so bad that they could no longer keep cows and sheep, as the water ponds were too polluted from fertilizers and bug sprays collecting in the ponds after rains. That was due to eliminating tree rows and hedging to accommodate monster machines.

Also, keep in mind that restaurant dishrooms, butcher shops, hotels, warehouses, etc., also depend on immigrant labor. I'd love to see a robot make a bed and clean up a hotel room. Also, not all immigrants are ignorant peasants. My spouse graduated Suma Cum 1st in class in computer science at UDC. The next day, an H1B replaced the Student visa.

Our Florida driver's licenses do not pass muster in the proposed voter ID requirements.

Tomonthebeach's avatar

That may be true, but my and my spouse's military IDs do. My DL does have that star.

Daniel Solomon's avatar

They have guidance that it's not sufficient. There are states that would be compliant, but Florida was excepted -- probably to placate De Santis.

AI: Currently, Floridians can register to vote using their Florida driver’s license number or the last four digits of their Social Security number. The proposed federal changes [Save Act] would introduce the following:

Proof of Citizenship Mandate: New registrants would need to provide documentary proof of citizenship (DPOC), such as a U.S. passport or birth certificate.

End of Remote Registration: Because the proposal requires DPOC to be presented in person, it would effectively end online voter registration and mail-in registration drives for new voters in Florida.

Name Match Requirements: Married women or others who have changed their legal names would be required to present additional documents (like a marriage license) to link their current ID to their birth certificate.

Changes to Accepted IDs at Polling Places

Florida currently accepts several forms of ID that would likely be restricted or eliminated under the proposed federal standards:

Student & Retirement IDs: Federal proposals target voter ID options like student IDs from Florida universities and retirement center IDs, which are currently valid at Florida polls but would no longer be accepted.

REAL ID Discrepancy: Even though roughly 99% of Floridians hold REAL ID-compliant licenses, these would only be accepted under the new rules if the card explicitly indicates the holder's U.S. citizenship status.

Parallel Florida State Legislation (2026)

As of February 2026, Florida state legislators are considering their own companion bill (SB 1334 / HB 991) that mirrors many of the federal proposals:

DHSMV Verification: This bill would require the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to notify election officials if a voter's records indicate they are not a citizen.

Mandatory License Updates: Effective February 2025, Floridians who become citizens are now required to notify the DHSMV within 30 days to update their legal status for voting records.

New Voter Oath: The state proposal includes a mandatory oath where voters must swear to their citizenship under penalty of perjury and, for non-citizens, deportation.

In my inbox:

Daniel, the House is voting this week on a new version of the SAVE Act – the GOP's latest attempt to trick you into giving up YOUR right to vote.

Supporters claim that anyone who really wants to vote will simply jump through all the hoops they want to put into place.

But we're not going to fall for that – this is just the same old voter suppression scheme we've been fighting for decades.

Here’s the simple truth: the SAVE Act would block millions of eligible voters from casting a ballot by adding unnecessary, costly, and confusing barriers to the ballot box.

If you agree that's wrong, Congress needs to hear from you today.

Another example of how right wingers conflate violence with "law and order" and vigilantism with justice. In so doing, they actually have much in common with the street gangs and narco/anarcho terrorists they claim to be against. But of course it's all a cover for launching a race war, the real objective of their mindless killing parties--with official government sanction, no less!

I'm sorry to say that we had "hunters" in some of our units on "search and destroy" missions in Viet Nam, most famously in the Americal Division at My Lai.

Similar accusations in Iraq and Afghanistan.

What better example than the fight-club being set-up on the White House lawn.....

This IS exactly what the Tech Bros, Crypto Creeps, and oligarchs want us to sanction. They think we are going to let them and their Nazis come for us. They think we will not have the guts to "pull their masks off".

We will not OBEY and get on the train to the concentration camps. We have been blessed by being informed. We are the vast majority, and just like in Minneapolis, we are going to tell them we are coming FOR THEM even if it takes three frigin' years to get them.

TRump, his psychos, sickos, and people like Musk and  Peter Theil want LAWLESSNESS and WHITE SUPREMACY. Thanks Thom and company for your bravery. Name it. Name them. Shout it. See you in the streets.

The Minnesotan ideas - joining together "en masse" to defeat the military ICE

A few million can always defeat a few thousand - it is hard and dangerous.

But we can overcome! Believe in our neighbors...

Everywhere we must have "a local/community constabulary of peace" - Alert 24 hours a day.

We need to track the traitors down all the time - then we can defeat them with overwhelming numbers.

At each and every stop they make.

I say again:

Rep. Thomas Massie (R-Ky.) on Sunday pushed for Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick to resign after his name appeared in files linked to the convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

The Speaker stands with obstructionists.

A "motion to vacate" must now be supported by at least nine Republican members to trigger a vote, a significant increase from the previous single-member requirement. We need to pressure all Republican House members re Epstein.

Votes for Removal: Once a vote is triggered, a simple majority of the House is needed to remove the Speaker.

As I said Saturday, there are more than that in Dem majority states like Minnesota, California, NY. There are more in the House problem solvers' conference.

Opposition to Speaker Election: Massie was the only Republican to vote against Speaker Mike Johnson’s election in early 2025.

Failed Ouster Attempt: Massie joined a move to remove Speaker Johnson, stating he was "losing political capital by the second".

Policy Disputes: Massie heavily criticized Johnson for working with Democrats on spending bills and for not holding votes on releasing Jeffrey Epstein files.

Repercussions: Following his opposition, Massie was removed from the powerful House Rules Committee in January 2025.

In January 2025, Johnson removed Rep. Mike Turner (R-Ohio) as Chair of the House Intelligence Committee, citing a desire for a "fresh start" in the new Congress. Turner, a critic of Donald Trump and supporter of Ukraine aid, was replaced following pressure from conservative hard-liners.

Every Republican, except one (1) singed to open the Epstein files. Surely there are eight that will join with Massie.

William Farrar's avatar

We got rid of McCarthy, a self serving sycophant, and got in his stead a white, "Christian", nationalist, sycophant.

The difference between the two is McCarthy's sycophancy was self serving, non ideological. Mike Johnson's sycophancy is ideological, and uses Trump as much as Trump uses him.

As of early February 2026, the Republican Party holds a slim majority in the U.S. House of Representatives for the 119th Congress, with approximately 218 seats compared to 213–214 seats for the Democratic Party. This narrow margin allows for few defections, making legislative action difficult.

It takes 218 votes to remove and 218 votes to elect a speacker of the house.

As of February 10, 2026, there are 3 vacancies in the 119th United States House of Representatives.

The vacant seats are due to deaths or resignations, with special elections scheduled to fill them later in 2026:

California's 1st District: Seat vacant since Jan. 6, 2026, following the death of Doug LaMalfa (R).

Georgia's 14th

District: Seat vacant since Jan. 5, 2026, following the resignation of Marjorie Taylor Greene (R).

New Jersey's 11th District: Seat vacant since Nov. 20, 2025, following the resignation of Mikie Sherrill (D).

While these 3 seats are currently vacant, 51 other House incumbents have announced they will not seek re-election in the 2026 midterm elections.

What Nine Republicans will risk the wrath of Trump by defecting and voting to remove Johnson.?

This is one manifestation of the banality of evil which Hanna Arendt wrote about and which Thom has often mentioned. It is a slippery slope which is much steeper and slipperier than anyone realizes. Our society is all about winning and competing and keeping score or assigning "merit", status and value. This is the ugly side of capitalism which few are able to imagine or are willing to talk about. And as my dead horse attests, we promote it in our schools. Those who fail to measure up or perform as expected are dispensable or disposable. They are quite routinely discarded either by driving them away under severe pressure or formally expelling them. It has to be that way, because the mission requires that no one be allowed to withdraw from the game and the competition for recognition, grades, and behavioral programming. After all, it is the LAW. It is sink or swim. Teachers are expected to get that message across and they are in competition, as well. Drop-Outs are simply forgotten or regarded as failures. Defiance is cured with dangerous and destructive drugs and intensive conditioning. Ordinary kids are made to feel inferior and develop self-hatred or low self-esteem, and bullying is the irritable habit that cannot be eradicated no matter how much it is analyzed and condemned. The ICE boys are just acting it out and getting even for being rejected for their "inferiority" and weakness. What we see now is the logical conclusion of our underlying beliefs and programming. Hopefully, our better impulses will prevail before too many more are murdered, maimed, and imprisoned.

This resonates strongly. I just published a short essay using Minneapolis as a case study for how enforcement, fear, and silence interact in free societies—especially how adaptation often precedes awareness. Your framing around Colombia, Germany, Chile, and Argentina helped sharpen the historical context. Watch your back and watch that of your neighbor who might be a target. I was stopped by the county deputies in my tiny town of 800 on day. He told me 3 lies about what I had done wrong, none of which were true. I advised him that I am 78 yrs old and I was born in this town in New Mexico in 1947, a second generation New Mexico native. I even offered to show him the lot on the street where I was born. I live about four blocks from where I was born. He would go with me. When I got home I was so mad I thought I was going to have a stroke. I now know that the county sheriffs dept. invaded my home town to do or to practice ICE raids, then I was even more angry but I went to magistrate court almost 50 miles away from me to prove everything he said was a lie because I had the proof. Then I found out that they had pulled over at least two of my elderly friends, both natives of New Mexico. They told me they were frightened, I told them I was raging with anger. It's a good think I had time to cool down. I have told our young mayor that my house is a sanctuary house and ICE and anyone else wanting to cause me grief had better not challenge me or any or my neighbors again. I'm so very proud of being born in Blue Country and will fight for the 'trifecta' in state government as long as I have breath.

You have already called the lives of many disposable Thom, particularly those in Gaza. so much so that many of your minions attack me for mentioning it, empaths that they are. As for human hunt clubs and the like, we have death squads trained by the IDF that you ignore across our law enforcement spectrum, from the police who target black communities and shoot unarmed Americans in cold blood to ICE and CBP, promoted and funded in a bipartisan fashion, which have operated as death squads mostly in their detention centers and at the border until Trump unleashed them onto our streets. What Bush, Obama, Biden and Trump have done, much of it with your blessing or your turning the other cheek, has come back to roost. It's not the symbols it's the system, but in light of a consolidated media and self-serving nationalist punditry there is little chance of that system changing. The state imposes its violence here or abroad with no accountability. I'm sure you heard Kamala Harris campaigning on the pretense that Iran is the number one threat to US security. She likely gets along very well with Lindsay Graham. https://barryjkaufmando.substack.com/p/kamala-harris-is-going-to-blow-up
