I don’t think Trump is that concerned with the damaging issue in the Strait of Hormuz. He does not care. Of course he was aware the choke point would seize the world’s economy’s by the throat. But he has money flowing into his crypto currency company managed by three Witkoff’s, Trump and sons & Jared.
Witkoff uses his role in government to make contacts that keep the money flowing in from the Middle East. It is a money laundering scheme to boot - Sinaloa Drug Cartel money for example and other illegal entities. Trump and his family will become the richest family in the world. They don’t care where the money comes from.
