Any Americans who pay attention should know by now that almost any criticism and/or accusation made by Trump tells us more about himself than about the recipients of his tirades, but then, forty plus years of constant Republican misinformation has completely obliterated any ability for some to concentrate on facts and logic.

Blame the corporate media. They are corporations and the job of a corporation is to make money for the owners, and if it bleeds it leads. Controversy, conflict sells, and on a slow news day, they create some.

But the consumer is responsible, because the message is tailored to the customer, who is chock full of anger, angst, bigotry, religious righteousness and ignorance when he isn't apathetic.

Thanks William, I agree. I live in a very red rural county in a blue state. I think these guys are so deep in the bubble that they will become violent if they feel their leader is faltering. They will feel personally threatened and they carry guns.

We are already mired in a civil war, one which started when Trump came down the escalator. We saw an example of how the Trump Deranged act when they see their leader is faltering on Jan 6, 2021

Oh I agree, having gone to school in Philadelphia and Louisiana I can speak with some authority. Jefferson Davis, Robert E Lee, Bedford Forrest all of them should have been tried as traitors

Lincolns VP, Andrew Johnson was a quintessential southerner from Tennessee and well disposed to the slave owners.

Reconstruction was lackadasiacally pursued, it was the hay day of Nathan Bedford Forrest's KKK, until Rutherford Hayes withdrew the last of federal troops.

The reason that so many Army posts are in the south, was to monitor the confederate states and keep them in line, naming them after confederate generals soften the blow and obfuscated the purpose

Marine bases named after Marine Generals, except Parris Island named after an Englishman that bought the Island in 1715

In the north Army posts are named after the local, or a noted U.S. soldier, officer or enlisted..

Air Force Bases are named after dead aviators.

"superiorists" is actually quite appropriate. Supremacists want to be "supreme", in control. Superorists think they should be in charge because they are better. Here is what the AI god says about the word:

"A superiorist is someone who believes their group, idea, or self is inherently better than others, leading to exclusion and hierarchical thinking, often seen in philosophy (Western thought over others) or social contexts (white supremacy, andro*-superiorism), essentially a conviction in one's own elevated standing or the right to dominate, rejecting the equal validity of the 'Other'.

Key Characteristics:

Belief in inherent superiority: The core idea that one group (racial, gender, cultural, philosophical) is naturally above others.

Exclusion of the 'Other': A refusal or inability to accept the distinct value and equal standing of other groups or perspectives, as seen in critiques of Western philosophy or colonialism.

Hierarchical Thinking: Creates a structure where the "superior" group sets norms and makes decisions for the "inferior," often justifying dominance, as discussed in analyses of Western philosophy's exclusion of non-white peoples.

They just asked TRump who the arch was for......

His response to the question, "ME". One could say that is his answer to any given question. Sadly, he has lived his whole life that way. He is a psychopath with one agenda---I want what I want and I want it now.

The Cambridge Dictionary definition of derangement: the state of being completely unable to think clearly or behave in a controlled way, especially because of mental illness

TRump's picture could accompany that. See you in the streets.

We need to call those institutions that support the AI developement, the support of crypto and tell them we are boycotting them, will get out in the streets and call them supporters of Trump. It is way beyond the time to go on the offense against these instituitions who are supporters of Trump and the "Nazis" running our gov't.

The derangement is in Trump himself. Why enable, let alone endorse, his madness? How can it be so important to anyone to "own the libs" that they would shred all aspects of civilization and adult behavior? If this is how they empower themselves, they are pathetic. If this is how they defend their values, they are disgusting.

TDS is not what the Rs say it is. Quelle suprise.

It IS, however, a syndrome clung to [often along with false Teutonic ideologies and false religions] which encourages a person to allow their unpresidential, deranged psycho into their headspace, merely because he shamelessly vocalizes his hatred for those "Others." DJT could take an explosive dump on the WH lawn, in front of cameras as he exits our helicopter, and they'd emulate him, doo doing the same way on their own homes' front lawns.

TDS Patients typically present with one or more of [in no particular order]:

- Irrationality

- Paranoia

- Anger [generalized; unmitigated]

- Delusions of Supremacy

- Dashed Life/Career Hopes/Dreams

- Broken Families

- Dust-filled Bank Accounts/Wallets

- Less than $1,000 cash

- Lost Farms

- Lost Homes

- Expensive, but Financially Useless Educations

- Malfunctioning Genitalia

- A Deadend Job

- No Prospects

- And so much more.

Hell, Trump would have been a fool NOT to have taken advantage of his many [77.3 Million] suckers/losers. The ones who are, in effect, educated [semi-, anyway] marks, especially since his midget, Lollipop Guild, pan-faced, pale-faced Russian buddy was literally cumming in his grandpa panties, to offer assistance.

Finally, those who voted for this Deranged Ass, this Lunatic, this "Lord of the Flies," have to look in the mirror and ask. I mean Seriously ask:

How Effing Stupid have I been? Am I now ??

How GD Dumb am I going to be next election ???

Wake Up Red America!! VOTE your way outta this abject Crazy's Political-Quicksand !!!

YES! YOU!! CAN!!! [As for your old unc, over there, mmm, not so sure. Eff him.]

Trump is a demented egomaniac who lives for one thing - to dominate. He is not president to govern and make life better for all citizens. He is president to rule over the entire world - starting with his home country.

America is indeed suffering from Trump Derangement Syndrome contracted from placing too much faith in our nation's culture of respect for others and the integrity and honor of personal commitments. We never expected to have a president who thrives on lying, cheating, and stealing, so we have no protection from him.

Nixon, at least, accomplished some things that were in the national interest, like conceiving the EPA and opening communications with China; some of his actions were immoral or criminal (like Watergate,) but none were treasonable, where he planned with foreign leaders to weaken the United States.

Richard Kiefer's avatar

Yes, the scope and intensity of Trump's immoral and criminal acts was so vast and constant that our system of justice simply could not (and still can't) keep up with it, and the mega-wealthy and corporatists, realizing this, jumped on the gravy train. The MAGA, of course, relished the idea (provided by the mega-wealthy and corporatists) that they were faultless and owed renumeration and revenge upon the liberals, who had taken (for the last forty plus years) their piece of the national pie.

I say, people want to ignore felon 47. It is "Deranged Trump Syndrome" that we are witnessing and wanting to put in the rear view mirror as lessons in history to not repeat. Epstein Epstein Epstein is in felon 47's deranged nightmare's of shame and failure. Expose the decades long cover-up of pedo crimes and non human creeps in the dark corrupt elite world of Epstein. Until felon 47 and other enablers and "fan base" of Epstein are exposed, the survivors and the rest of us will not stop in the pursuit of justice and humanity. These pesky pests and media seekers in this current regime are the opposite of important voices. This is the history that we will avoid speaking their names due to shame and injustice, to not elevate but to bury their names. Can't be too soon. RIP Rob and Michele Reiner. Trump derangement syndrome from my observation is a condition his followers have. They loudly blurt out their pro Trump anti democratic party feelings anywhere anytime they want to. But if anyone dares say anything contrary to their cult religion all hell breaks loose. I've become so enured to their (expletive), I shrug my shoulders and say, oh well. The MAGA members of a club I'm in refuse to attend anymore because they became outraged when they overheard two guys criticizing Trump. Its so personal to them, their devotion to him is disturbing.

Krasnov is busy destroying everything he touches. Nothing new. What is true is that this was a society supported syndrome made possible by inept communications by the opposing party. The Dems inability to pass voter rights in the previous administrations as early as 2009 as a priority and pass single payer healthcare at least to the states has doomed society to disaster results. We have the money but no will by the Congressional leadership to impose working solutions. Voter rights was not even seen as a problem of significance which by itself would have enabled solutions to other problems seen and unseen by party leadership. I speak not of 20/20 foresight but by mine own priorities and concerns before and after President Obama articulated by the masses and ignored. Maybe God blinded us but the people fully knew of the importance while party leadership failed to see or understand the needs of its party voting members. Now the people must stand against these dark powers on their own or hope that God will send a savior. Maybe God will do both. Praise God from whom all Blessing flow.

I would say that "Trump Derangement Syndrome" describes the horror of people at HIS derangement. But that would be to insult those who are truly mentally challenged. He is, but only as a shark is. Hw knows exactly what he is doing. He is a happily cruel, greedy, narcissistic, misogynistic, racist, hideous creature who has never paid and will never pay a price for his countless crimes and the hundreds of thousands, if not millions of people he will have killed in concert with Musk, an almost equally despicable creature.

I don't care if, supposing we purge ourselves of the MAGA infection in coming elections, the right wing MAGA pundits argue that shows things weren't so bad after all. They were and are, and some of the damage will never be repaired. We can't revive the dead after all.
