Even against Asian Americans? Why? Biden was right when he questioned if there would be a Republican Party to run against in 4 years. The population is growing against them.

The racism we are seeing today will eventually not matter, because in the future "we'll all look like Steph Curry". Someone said that to be funny (can't remember who), but Shakespeare had that truth spoken in jest thing right. Steph is very handsome and Beyonce is, as we well know, divine; Barack and Kamala are brilliant. So the 23rd Century is something to look forward to along with the world-wide peace and justice, even though we won't be here to enjoy it.

What is happening now are the disgusting and illogical actions of a party in it's dying days. I seriously thought we could put a pin the Republicans in 2016. My friend, a psychiatrist, kept telling me if we elected Trump, we as a nation deserved and needed it. I argued, but was he wrong? Both of us knew the actual conservatives were dwindling.

In 2009 Homeland Security Secretary, Janet Napolitano, warned us about white supremacist groups. Republicans vilified her for including that they were recruiting our active duty troups and veterans, and they wanted her to resign. They didn't listen then and they won't listen tomorrow about the whole racism issue. Let's keep educating people with open eyes, ears and hearts, so future generations have a template. They must know we fought for all of them.

There's not much one can do for illogical thinking backed by emotional rigidity and fear. Fortunately in my current teaching in various schools from elementary (substitute) to college (part-time) I find among the students far less obvious racism than may have existed a generation or two ago. Change will come from them...and from demographics that the aging and shrinking white part of the population cannot stop. I understand their fear, it drove anti-Irish -Italian -Jewish etc. movements before until the country adapted. And I believe that it will again.

I have calculated my taxes and I am paying a lot. I do not get to write off my pickup or my wife's car. I do not get to write off the gas or maintenance of the vehicles. I do not get to write off my cell phone. I do not get to write off the printer that I bought this year. I do not get to write off my office. Yet lots of companies pay zero in taxes because of write offs. Why are they treated as a person except when it comes to paying taxes.
