Apparently, he had psy ops training. I wonder whether he has checked out the Jerry Weiss scenario? https://jerryweiss.substack.com/

He's also right about state action. States are free to experiment and are supposed to be "laboatories of democracy."

That was really good.

Informative and entertaining, and hopeful without ignoring the obvious.

I hope you two do this again.

Thank you.

I don't see how we can have unarmed police in our country where everybody has guns. Many have more than one gun. I honestly believe there are more guns in the country than humans.

Thom, I'm a big fan and in fact, sponsored your show on KTRC in Santa Fe for 10 years before I retired. I love that you are tuned in to Armatige. I've been reading him for most of '25. Would you please have him on your show (repeatedly) for him to really get into his "Soft Secession" rap. He really didn't have a chance to discuss this in this interview and I think it really needs to get out there.

This interview/discussion was the most interesting thing I have listened to in a very long time. The stuff about biology and democracy was fascinating. And freezing hiring in a police force while building a new force with a totally different culture is intriguing. And communicating daily/weekly with Governors, state legislators, etc. and building a succession government to replace the federal gov is an empowering idea. I really like these ideas. Would love to listen to the two of you talking together a lot more often! Many thanks.

Thom is a brilliant Wiki of information and deep wisdom and Christopher is a fresh voice with ideas that deserve wider attention. Thank you for this conversation.

Great discussion. One caveat. The idea of praising Pritzker or anyone else that has had hundreds of legitimate opportunities to arrest ICE or CBP agents violating state laws for starting to talk about the possibility of doing what they should have been doing for months is an embarrassment to the idea of opposition evolving beyond performative rhetoric by managed opposition figures. There isn’t even a border within 100 miles of Chicago, or in the state of Illinois and everyone lets ICE and CBP wave around that fake maps as if it makes sense. Just comments. We bought them all this amazing equipment after 9/11 to stop terrorists and now that the terrorists

are here, they are using none of it.

Speaking of the retired activists....check out the Alliance for Retired Americans. In California check out the California Alliance for Retired Americans. This is an awesome activist group in California providing political education and actions for those who have a lot of life experience to share with the population.
