Nearly 58% of Somalis in Minnesota were born in the US, according to the US Census Bureau. Of the foreign-born Somalis in Minnesota, an overwhelming majority — 87% — are naturalized US citizens."--CNN 1/6/26
In other words, Renee Good was there as a legal observer for AMERICANS. Not. A. Terrorist. The ICE agents were there to terrorize the Somalis and the community.
TRump and Noem are provocateurs. Blood and lies fuel their sadism. Psychopaths. War-Mongers. Fascists. He wants to increase his military budget next year. More money for murder. Call your Representative and Senators---mention Renee and impeachment. See you in the streets.
1. The vote on S.J. Res. 98, the joint resolution from the 119th Congress (2025-2026) that proposes to direct the President to remove U.S. Armed Forces from hostilities within or against Venezuela unless explicitly authorized by Congress is today.
Some members are preparing additional resolutions to explicitly block military action in other nations like Greenland, Cuba, Mexico, Colombia, and Nigeria, which the administration has mentioned as potential targets.
2. Minnesota has Republican reps. Their constituents, donors, should be all over them over the killing and over the other issues.
3. On Friday, we should get the SCOTUS tariff opinion.
4. Meanwhile lots of new revelations about Trumpepstein.
Key Revelations and Details
Increased Flight Records: An internal 2020 email from an assistant U.S. attorney, included in the new files, noted that flight logs indicated Trump flew on Epstein's private jet "many more times" than previously known – at least eight flights between 1993 and 1996. These flights included instances where Ghislaine Maxwell and women identified as potential witnesses in her case were also present.
Mar-a-Lago Incident: A December 2025 Wall Street Journal report detailed a previously unreported 2003 incident where an 18-year-old beautician from the Mar-a-Lago spa alleged that Epstein pressured her for sex during a house call. The report also mentioned that Mar-a-Lago staff would regularly be sent to Epstein's home for services and that Maxwell used the spa as a recruitment channel, a practice not previously reported. Law enforcement was not notified at the time.
Emails from Epstein: Emails released by House Democrats in November 2025 included a 2011 email from Epstein to Maxwell stating that Trump "knew about the girls" and had a victim (identified as Virginia Giuffre in unredacted versions) at his house for hours. In a separate email, Epstein implied Trump met victims but "never got a massage".
FBI Tips: The files also included an October 2020 FBI tip from an unidentified tipster who alleged that a party Ghislaine Maxwell's associate invited her to at Mar-a-Lago was "for prostitutes," though it is unclear if the FBI considered the tip credible or investigated further.
Meidastouch says the FBI whisleblowers have contacted them.
Thanks Daniel, I'd be happy to see S.J. Res 98 pass with a strong majority. Unfortunately, I think Trump and crew have no intention of abiding by the rule of law, the will of Congress, or the constitution. Thanks for the Epstein files info., there is hope there. Likely we will get more dirt via unofficial channels than through Pam.
We seem to be in for a really bad year with tRump’s GESTAPO = ICE running amok. We need to channel our anger into huge protests culminating in a complete skunk of the rethuglicans in November.
Authority without accountability is tyranny. This is what we get when Congress and the Supreme Court step aside and abdicate their constitutional role. This is what happens when we believe fantasy and rumor over facts and science. This is what happens when we abandon our responsibility as citizens in favor of fear and apathy. We must be courageous every day to sustain a democracy, so much so that it is as normal to us as breathing.
Never before have I felt my intelligence being more insulted than by this administration telling me to ignore what my eyes have witnessed. First I was to believe that the January 6th insurrection was a peaceful protest. Now we are told that it was violent but it was the Democrats and the Capitol police who were the perpetrators.
Yesterday I saw with my own eyes how Renee Nicole Good tried to flee ICE without threatening anyone, as she was directed to "move," shot in cold blood. They could've shot her tires. They could've found her later via her license plate. Instead she was cruelly shot in the face. Kristi Noem, who changed her outfit for her afternoon press conference, told us that the woman tried to run an ICE agent over and trump claimed that she hit someone who was badly injured and was recovering in the hospital, lucky to be alive. Yet we saw this guy walk away while adjusting his mask.
I feel so grateful that hundreds of people spontaneously gathered in Minneapolis gathered to honor this woman's life and protest her death. It was a direct rebuke to the administration's fabricated narrative. How ironic that, along with Franklin's alias, her last name was Good.
"changed her outfit" should read "changed her costume"!!! Costume suggest she is "playing nothing more than her role in this horror production by what is a criminal and evil regime".
Why hasn't he been arrested for murder? That's the question and it is rhetorical, because despite the big words, and wards are cheap, politicians are cowardly. No one, even in federal uniform is authorized or immune from breaking the law.
I served 26 years in uniform and if I had broke the law of the city or state I was in, I would go to jail, I certainly did have to pay traffic tickets.
1. NYT Videos Contradict Trump Administration Account of ICE Shooting in Minneapolis
An analysis of footage from three camera angles show that the vehicle appears to be turning away from a federal officer as he opened fire.
By Devon Lum, Robin Stein and Ainara Tiefenthäler
2. NYT: Minn. Officials Say They’re Being Blocked From Investigating Fatal ICE Shooting
3. NYT: "The federal immigration agent who fatally shot a woman in her car this week was dragged about 100 yards by a different driver in Minnesota last year during an immigration operation, interviews and court records show.
"The agent, who works for a division of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency, was treated for a gash on his forearm that required 20 stitches after the incident, for which the driver was convicted of assault last month.
"Now that same agent is at the center of a growing backlash in Minneapolis over the Trump administration’s immigration enforcement efforts, after he shot and killed Renee Good, 37, in the driver’s seat of her car on Wednesday.
"Kristi Noem, the homeland security secretary, said at a news conference on Wednesday that the agent, whom she did not name, had feared for his life during the encounter, and noted that he had been dragged by a car in June. Two law enforcement officers with knowledge of the matter, who were not authorized to speak publicly, identified the ICE agent as Jonathan Ross.
"It is unclear when the agent, who is part of a division called Enforcement and Removal Operations, returned to work following the June incident, which took place in Bloomington, a Minneapolis suburb. Representatives of ICE and the Department of Homeland Security could not immediately be reached for comment on the dragging incident."
How about the state charging Noem with obstruction of justice?
Yes definitely, not sure it will go anywhere, it seems these guys get away with everything including murder. Thanks for the info. I thought this piece by Seth Abramson, former criminal defense attorney, on ICE authority in general (which is pretty much zero) was also really informative.
I have seen him named in multiple Substacks as Johnathan Ross.
Apparently he walked off after the shooting and immediately drove away. Is this the action of a legitimate law enforcement action? Of course not. He knew he murdered Renee Good.
When Renee Nicole Good began to drive away, all the ICE agents had to do was record her license plate. Then the agent could have identified and located her. Shooting a fleeing suspect under these circumstances cannot be justified.
Just for the record, as usual facts don't matter with Trump. When a New York Times reporter showed him a video that the officer was not run over, he blamed Biden for his immigration policies.
And there is no reason why brutal attacks on peoples' rights have to be only internal. As an old book I have on World War 2 put it, "Hitler's first victims were the German people". But as we know they weren't his last. Treating Venezuela, Greenland, and a host of other countries as contemptible playthings full of weak people who can be pushed around is exactly the same thinking, writ large.
Words are cheap. The mayor of Minneapolis and Tim Walz, should have told their police to arrest anyone breaking the law, and that includes all federal agents. I spent 26 years in uniform and if I had broken the law of any city or state, in or out of uniform, I would have been arrested.
My conclusion is that these politicians are big on words,, but short on action, because they are cowards.
ICE, CBP does not have federal jurisdiction, they assumed i and our politicians have validated their actions by inaction.
Grabbing people off the street, breaking car windows, breaking down doors are all crimes, and if a city cop or a State patrol cop were to do such a thing,. Even an administrative warrant does not authorize them to break down doors or car windows to nab people.
To me, what is more disturbing than the brutal fascist takeover of Minnesota are recent assertions repeated on Seth Meyers' "Closer Look" Wednesday night. Clips of several Fox News Celebrities and WH senior mouthpieces like Stephan Miller were aired asserting on television that there is "no such thing as International Law" - just raw "power of the jungle." Miller asserted that Greenland is ours for the taking as Denmark cannot back up its territorial claim militarily against the USA.
This is asserting that Trump's USA has no need to respect its treaties, the borders of other countries, even the United Nations is a Joke. It makes you wonder when Trump plans to evict the UN from New York. In any previous administration, Miller would have been fired on the spot, followed by a national apology by the president, reassuring the world that this is NOT US policy. Hold not thy breath for such a retraction.
However, we've applied the Geneva Conventions against our own people many times. Legal standards for humanitarian treatment during armed conflicts, protecting those unable to fight (wounded, sick, shipwrecked, POWs) and civilians, forming the core of International Humanitarian Law (IHL) and universally ratified to limit war's brutality by ensuring humane treatment and basic rights, with later protocols adding more protections.
Treaties rise to the same level as our Constitution: International Treaties: Four core conventions adopted in 1949, universally ratified by all nations.
International Humanitarian Law (IHL) establish rules to protect people not participating in hostilities during war.
It was said by fellow members of Chicago mobster Sam Giancana's crime family, Mr. Giancana will make you rich or he will make you dead - what's your choice? Trumps crime family may as well say the same thing. His ICE army can act with impunity. And so I'm off my fat ass and giving time and money to fight back. The danger they present is clear.
Renee Nicole Good was murdered in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where murder is illegal. Her murderer must be arrested, tried, and sentenced in the appropriate local jurisdiction, by local authorities and a locally-selected jury.
NYT’s analysis shows the murderer drawing his side arm before Ms. Good attempted to drive away. His first (of three) shot was from the front, which explains the small entry hole in the windshield. He was clearly not in danger, as she was turning to avoid him. He is ultimately seen leaving in an SUV shortly after the murder.
Second subject: Venezuela was not about oil, except to reward Paul Singer, a major financer and supporter of Trump with Venezuelan oil, as he bought Citgo in November, and Citgo was the Venezuelan oil company, and has purpose built refineries in Lake Charles, LA to handle the heavy sulpher oil, known as sour crude, from Venezuela.

Firebrand, Kyle Kulinski, does a popular show called Secular Talk. He has the Technate plan and what Palantir is now saying in this segment that currently has 89K views. He and his wife, Krystal Ball (previous MSNBC pundit) do excellent independent reporting on YouTube:

Praxis is in the process of selecting a single location for its first physical "Acceleration Zone" or city and is exploring several existing cities around the world as potential sites for community events. There are no cities currently established or built by Praxis.
The company, which describes itself as a "sovereign network" or "internet-native nation," has been on a "world tour" to find a host government willing to provide a special economic zone and the necessary land (at least 10,000 acres). They plan to announce the chosen location in late 2025.
Cities that Praxis has visited or plans to host community events in during its selection process include:
Nuuk, Greenland
Kyiv, Ukraine
Buenos Aires, Argentina
Rome, Italy
Athens, Greece
Tokyo, Japan
Auckland, New Zealand
Marrakech, Morocco
Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic
Praxis has also previously considered locations in the Mediterranean and has proposed a potential site in California named "Atlas". The goal is to build one primary city with a planned population of 10,000 residents for its first phase.

What's the killer's name? We need to know.
Where is he hiding?
He and all the witnesses should appear at Minnesota's Court of Justice.
250 years ago, we gained our freedom - we need to reaffirm our past.

“Those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable."
-JFK
Making violent revolution inevitable is exactly the goal of what the Republican Party is intentionally doing in Minneapolis.
They KNOW what they are doing.
Baiting violence.
That is why Walz told us not to take the bait.
They are doing the opposite of "ensuring domestic tranquility."
They are trying to make day to day life impossible.
All who have eyes can see.
Schools are closed because of the danger their policies pose to the people of our city.
