The boot licker brigade is, unfortunately, the Democratic Party. Instead of defending Al Green, they sat quietly by, shaking in their boots, while he was hauled off. If they had spine, they would have boycotted the speech, instead they held up pickle ball paddles and booed.

Worse 10 Democratsvoted to censure Rep Green. Ami Bera of California, Ed Case of Hawaii, Jim Costa of California, Laura Gillen of New York, Jim Himes of Connecticut, Chrissy Houlahan of Pennsylvania, Marcy Kaptur of Ohio, Jared Moskowitz of Florida, Marie Gluesenkamp Perez of Washington and Tom Suozzi of New York

Imagine UKrainian soldiers defending their positions by yelling insults at the charing Soviet soldiers.

Every Democrat in the Senate voted to confirm Marco Rubio, and many voted to confirm most of his appointees, there are the unholy seven New Hampshire Senators, Maggie Hassan and Jeanne Shaheen; both Colorado Senators (Liberty Energy, Wright’s company, is based in Denver), John Hickenlooper and Michael Bennett; both New Mexico Senators, Ben Ray Luján and Martin Heinrich; and Arizona’s Ruben Gallego. They voted to confirm Chris Wright in Energy and they were among the 25 who voted to confirm Doug Bergum as Secretary of the Interior, so he can rape public lands.

If they aren't boot lickers then we are ill led.

I recommend that all check the Senate vote for confirmation of every Trump appointee, that way you will see the boot lickers and the traitors.

Seems reasonable to me that Democrats should do what was done to Obama and to a large extent to Biden and just say no to Trump and the GOP for whatever nominee or program they want.

If only Democrats had some spine. The one Dem that has spine, Al Green, was censured by ten cowardly Dems: Ami Bera of California, Ed Case of Hawaii, Jim Costa of California, Laura Gillen of New York, Jim Himes of Connecticut, Chrissy Houlahan of Pennsylvania, Marcy Kaptur of Ohio, Jared Moskowitz of Florida, Marie Gluesenkamp Perez of Washington and Tom Suozzi of New York.

All support impeachment. Miss the forest for the trees. The enemy is Trump/MAGA. Confront REPUBLICANS.

DO THEY SUPPORT PUTIN? Yes or no.

I am with you Daniel, What Republicans are there in the house that you think will flip and support impeachment. Which Republicans in the Senate will vote to remove.

None and even if the House does, the Senate never will get to the percentage needed

Great points on several of the Democrat Senators and all those who just sat there as Green was hauled off.. Two of those Senators are mine and such a disappointment.

Do what I do, donate to their opponents in the primary next year.

Gluesenkamp is not in my district but a neighboring district and I will donate to her primary opponent. Have to teach these people a lesson. I paid attention to her campaign, her opponent Joe Kent is a far right MAGAt,but she differed only on abortion.

A friend sent this to me:

Spread the word!

On March 15th, many people will mail Donald Trump a postcard that publicly expresses our opposition to him. And we, in vast numbers, from all corners of the world, will overwhelm the man with his unpopularity and failure. We will show the media and the politicians what standing with him – and against us – means. And most importantly, we will bury the White House post office in pink slips, all informing Donnie that he’s fired.

Each of us – every protester from every march, each congress-calling citizen, every boycotter, volunteer, donor and petition signer – if each of us writes even a single postcard and we put them in the mail on the same day, March 15th, well: you do the math. No alternative fact or Russian translation will explain away our record-breaking, officially verifiable, warehouse-filling flood of fury.

So sharpen your wit, unsheathe your writing implements, and see if your sincerest ill-wishes can pierce Donald’s famously thin skin.

Prepare for March 15th, 2025, a day hereafter to be known as #The Ides Of Trump.

Write one postcard or a dozen. Take a picture and post it on social media tagged with #The Ides Of Trump. Spread the word! Everyone on Earth should let Donnie know how he’s doing. They can’t build a wall high enough to stop the mail.

On March 15th, mail your messages to:

President (for now) Donald J Trump

1600 Pennsylvania NW

Washington, DC 20500

That was very good, thank you Louise. Can't understand why the billionaires and other sycophants in Trumps thrall want to destroy the constitution and the laws derived from it, when it was within that system that they became rich and powerful. No more is it, dance with the one that brung ya, its throw your partner over the cliff.

They want to own us. They don't care. We are chattel to them. The oligarchs love a good recession. That's how J Paul Getty made his billions. Buying up smaller oil companies during the Depression. Cal-Maine, top egg producer, stopped buying more laying hens 2 years ago, to use their profits to buy up smaller egg producers instead. Both Democrats and Republicans support corporate welfare. They cave to their donors. The goddamn lobbyists.

They don't want to govern. They want to rule. They could fix the deficit problem today. If we had an equitable tax code and an equitable health care system. Stop corporate subsidizes. Done. Fixed the problem. But, they choose not to.

This is what we've been missing. The music! We need songs to inspire us and artists to show the truth. Music moves the heart and soul and we need it to wake up and start dancing.

Please watch this podcast: https://the.ink/p/watch-free-america

It has two very good ideas about how to counteract what is happening. We are spending too much energy analyzing when we need to be organizing en masse to stop this taekover/realignment.
