POSOTUS and his enablers know that if they break a law or rule, or ignore a court order, the consequent litigation, if any, will grind glacially for months if not years. Meanwhile, the core issue is unresolved, the damage done. We need political leaders with the gumption to attack their modus operandi with more forceful available weapons. Perhaps starting with a group of united (blue) states.
They wound up dismissing the case against Mike Lindell with prejudice, and there was a good civil claim against him. The with prejudice dismissal means Dominion can’t refile the lawsuit.

away to discover an hidden signal which Kait thinks may be undetectable by normal security protocols from Starlink satellites. Though they control all the levers of enforcement (DOJ, FBI, ICE), Republicans are still desperate to suppress the building wave of voter opposition. Throttling the electoral process on some phony pretense is all they have left before they just start rounding people up. When people stop buying their campaign of lies, the GOP will have to resort to more forceful means.
There is little doubt that Thom has laid out Trump's plan to a) blunt a 2026 Blue Wave, and b) to create nationwide doubt in the validity of citizen votes in 2028. Ergo, Trump's arrogant assertions that there will be no need for any future presidential elections, and his very recent assertion that he will be serving a 3rd term at POTUS.
Of course, if all this connivance DOES see the light of day nationally, Trump's trumpcard is war. He will declare a national emergency, another 9/11, Gulf of Tonkin Incident, Iraq's imaginary WMDs, or Trump's recent BS assertions that Iran is going to nuke America. If both houses of Congress do not turn blue this November and impeach the Supremes, Trump, and many cabinet crooks, this could become our reality in 2029.
Once we get sanity back... Aside from reversing as much of MAGA's damage to democracy and our system of government as possible, we really ought to make it a felony to demonstrably lie - by commission or omission - to the American public, from an official platform. Suits should be easy to prove.
