I , remember you writing about this Budapest Memorandum before. I find this a to be fantastic history as to why we need to do something about nuclear weapons in the first place. It sounds like things were signed on and then something else happened. Thom thank you for keeping me up on why things are like they are now because of the history of the Budapest Memorandum it is quite intriguing to say the least. Democracy never stops or sleeps my proven Revolutionary and after seeing what happened in Tennessee this past week let’s me know the Revolution really will be televised just as I had predicted. The whole world is watching and they will see the fight for democracy underway in the United States. It will be the young people to turn this country into the vision we see for all citizens.
