I have no idea what the hell is going on in this country. Fewer people voted than voted in 2020. There appears to be evidence that in EVERY swing state, so-called bullet ballots were well above typical percentages of all ballots cast. This, if true, begs the question if there was tampering with the election. Why would swing states and, only swing states, report such anomalous increases in bullet ballots? Why would so many millions of Americans who are either actual members of the Democratic Party or lean toward that Party choose not to vote in an election as critically important as this last one? This math ain't mathing.
Actually, we have no idea if fewer people voted this year that in 2020. What we do know is that fewer people's votes WERE COUNTED this year. What caused that is still a subject for investigative reporting, IMHO.
I agree, Thom. The bullet ballot issue in all 7 swing states stinks to high heaven. Trump's statement back in August, I believe, that, "We don't need your votes," is extraordinarily suspicious. After 2020 MAGAts got access to voting machines and software around the country. With Muskrats money and technical know-how, I think we have reason to suspect that this election was rigged. Plus, we know that R legislatures around the country worked hard to "legally" suppress the vote.
19 million people who voted for Biden did not vote in 2024. Trumps percentage of all eligible voters stayed roughly the same. Why didnt they vote? Couldn't vote for a woman of colour or couldnt vote Democrat?
