It is troubling that polls have consistently reported wide support for Harris proposed initiatives this last election, yet Trump won. That is counter-intuitive and does raise suspicion regarding voting. In 2024, the non-college-educated voter chose fascism over democracy. Interviews I have seen on TV suggests that most MAGA voters think the term fascism is just another insult - clueless as to what it actually is. Our public school system clearly does a terrible job educating kids about fascism, NAZIism, and whatever you call Russian communism (besides autocracy or dictatorship). They also fail miserably at teaching household financial management which, as my friend economist Harold Pollack, author of the best-selling book on the subject, "The Index Card," points out.
It is ironic that Trumpist fascism is likely to negatively impact those who voted for Trump the most because they are the most economically vulnerable to his reckless and arbitrary policies. The question on the minds of many of us is whether our Democracy will survive 4 years of fascist rule.

They don't want to count them. They tried not to count Military overseas ballots but the Courts blocked this. And there's the provisional ballots for people that they claimed didn't match the signature and were knocked off the rolls. Who was it that compared Amazon's delivery addresses to the addresses of Voters removed because they supposedly moved or died and found that over 300,000 were exactly where they had always been.

There has lately been a "blue shift" in early voting and mail-in ballots; election day voters are more red. So are blue votes getting undercounted on election day, or disqualified without notice beforehand? How much of the undervote is people simply opting out of voting? I'm not ready to dive down a conspiracy rabbit-hole, because fairness and seriousness are still the guiding principles of nearly all election officials. There are crooks, though, and they are the most political ones involved. They need to be ferreted out. There should be a special investigative unit for election crime.
As a Georgia election worker since 2020, I need to call out your mistake regarding GA voting equipment. The Dominion machines do have a paper trail. Voters vote on a touch screen, review their ballot before printing it, then are instructed to review it again before placing it into the scanner. All these paper ballots are required by law to be retained for 2 years. In 2020 GA did a machine recount, a hand recount and an audit and all proved Joe Biden won. Please don't perpetuate false information. I love your writing and it always needs to be accurate, otherwise it's no different than the garbage spewed by Republicans.

The swing states, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Arizona all have Dem executive branch in office so I find it difficult to believe that in THIS election safeguards were not in place. NCarolina also had Dem as Sec of State.
Apparently the voters in these states split their vote when you note the Dem Senators elected from these states that went Republican for Pres. I keep coming back to racism and sexism for her loss. I find it hard to believe it was “the economy” as it is much better than 2021 and exit polls said 36% put it as number one concern.

How come no one is investigating Ivanka's trek through China, Argentina and other countries to get patents on theoretically her clothes lines, but the news articles included voting machines. I thought it very strange. And the Argentina trip was further weird became they were threatened by a trade embargo by then Pres. Trump until they gave her the patent and then it was withdrawn. Argentina went Right Wing again too.

Voting machines work if they spit out a paper receipt for the voter to ok, and a backup copy for verification purposes . This is a easy fix.

I can't find exit poll results for Trump and Harris, not in total are state by state.
What I found was demographic data as to Republican or Democrat, which does not answer the question who actually won on the basis of exit polls.
I guess it doesn't matter, because Harris couldn't wait to concede.; she made her concession speech at
10 pm EST while votes were still being counted on the East coast.
