NBCUniversal owns MSNBC and Comast owns Comcast and Comcast is described as a family business. Brian L. Roberts, its chairman and CEO, is the son of founder Ralph J. Roberts (1920–2015). Roberts owns or controls about 1% of all Comcast shares but all of the Class B supervoting shares, giving him an "undilutable 33% voting power over the company".

The Institutional shareholders are Vanguard, Blackrock (owned by Larry Fink) and Statestreet Group. These also own shares in other media, not to mention chemical, defense, health care, insurance and financial institutions;. You could say that they represent USA Inc, along with Bank of America, Well Fargo, Goldman Sachs. fuck it Wall Street.
