I'd recommend including Term Limits with biennial hiring and retiring of judges in the remedy.

Justices must not be allowed to stay on the top bench until THEY decide they want to retire.

In 2000 O'Connor was quite upset and vocal about how she wanted to retire under a Republican president, and her deciding vote in Bush V Gore gave us the traitorous and corrupt, pathological partisan, Sam Alito. ... And the same in Umpire Roberts.

Note that "during good Behavior" does not equal "lifetime job". The Constitution is not an employment contract. Start shuffling off the longest serving judges from the Supreme bench to someplace else.

All of this needs to be part of Biden's and Congress' 2024 swift, Uncompromising agenda in Term #2.

The current form of the House and Senate democratic bills don't go far enough for Immediately moving justices from the top bench to elsewhere, or for Immediately expanding the court.

ANY delay in dispatching the this corrupt court is the moral and actual equivalence of this: The Founders could have put a "nice guy" clause in the Declaration of Independence and Constitution that said, "This new country and its laws do not go into effect until King George 3 finishes serving his term on The Throne as King of the British Empire".

Our democracy and country are under attack from within right now, so do not delay.

THEN, immediately start reversing the conservative's 50+ years long stains on the court and the country.
