1. The deference given by the 9th Circuit to Trump in the appeal from the LA National Guard case. IMHO fealty is beyond "deference."

2. Senate parliamentarian Elizabeth MacDonough has ruled that several key pieces of the Big Crappy bill to implement Trump’s agenda run afoul of the Byrd Rule and must be taken out of the package to allow it to pass with a simple majority vote on a special procedural fast track.

The parliamentarian ruled against several provisions under the jurisdictions of the Senate committees on Banking, Environment and Public Works, and Armed Services.

These included a provision that would have placed a funding cap on the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), which would have cut $6.4 billion from the agency by reducing its maximum funding to zero percent of the Federal Reserve’s operating expenses. The funding cut would have eliminated the agency.

The creation of the CFPB was one of the central reforms of the Dodd-Frank Act that Democrats passed in the wake of the 2008 financial crisis.

She also ruled against language cutting $1.4 billion in costs by reducing the pay of Federal Reserve staff, cutting $293 million by reducing the Office of Financial Research funding and cutting $771 million by eliminating the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board.

House Republicans in blue states are extremely vulnerable. https://www.house.gov/representatives

Where I live, we have 3 Cuban American Republican House members under tremedous pressure. To influence them plese contact the Cuban American National Foudation, https://www.canf.org/get-involved/contact-us

3. “Detachment 201: The Army’s Executive Innovation Corps” that says its goal is to “fuse cutting-edge tech expertise with military innovation.”

When I finished my reserve committment at age 32, I was told I could get a direct promotion via a Congressional appointment. I didn't persue it but I knew some who did. Probably required campaign donations.

4. Medicare Plus. If you are pushed into it, it may be your pathway to riches. Get a lawyer.

5. "Trump’s sudden “two week pause” on deciding to bomb Iran is simply a favor to his owner and handler, Vlad."

It's clear Trump cannot distinguish friend from foe. One story being told is that the Gulf states actiually encouraged the attack on Iran.

Vlad craves high oil prices so as the reptile he is, sheds allegator tears.

As regards this will he attack Iran thing. I just opened a newsletter that says that the B-2 bombers have left the U.S.

That may be for a warning to Iran, but will there be follow through.

Here is what I know. Putin has assets like Tulsi Gabbard, Steve Bannon and Tucker Carlson.

These assets are making a case against bombing Iran (Carlson did a good job of ridiculing a neo con - Ted Cruz.

Russia and Iran are now part of a new axis of evil, Russia, China, Iran and North Korea.

Russia is very dependent on Iran, especially for their Shahed (Martyr) drones, and Ballistic Missiles: The US and UK have confirmed that Iran has transferred shipments of Fath-360 close-range ballistic missiles to Russia.

The U.S. (under Trump) and Israel voted against a UN Resolution condemning the Russian attack on Ukraine.

Trump and Bibi have, apparently, a special relationship with Putin. Now Bibi is taking aggressive action against Putin's ally/partner - Iran.

There is one thing that Bibi and Donald have in common, they are mercurial and shift allegiances, priorities on a dime. But so far, Trump's alliance with Putin seems solid, discount the verbiage that spills from his mouth. One minute he is lambasting Putin and anyone else, then the next he is stroking their male member.

He gets angry and disappointed with Putin, but still won't ship Ukraine so much as a bullet, and persistently tries to get Zelenskyy to surrender.

Putin needs Iran, Krasnov is a KGB asset https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T-u4d6Zwdns

Trump excels in bullying threatening, but only follows through if the hapless victim is weaker.

Iran is not weak, Trump is an asset of Putin, Putin needs Iran.

Trump won't bomb Iran.

And more importantly, Trump above all else wants a Nobel Peace Prize, because that black guy who preceded him got one, and he can't let a black beat him.
