Teacher of young women she adored, even maintaining friendships with lesbian students, though there was weird spotty denial even there. She was more emblematic of pure authoritarian, from Bavarian patriarchal family. So, very reactive toward women who were part of 60's social unrest, or non-conforming: woman behind a bullhorn, or a "bra-burner," fallen and debauched even more than men. Like that. Go figure.
