You might try Powell Memo Bill Moyers on Bing or Google. As I recall, from a long time ago, it had a copy of the original Memo, handwritten. Go figure. Those links have been lost from my computer, sadly.

Once upon a time I found a link to a Bill Moyers program and he interviewed a couple of folks who wrote a book about the Powell Memo.
