You’re missing this. I have been advocating for people who want to save democracy to focus on running for school boards on a save democracy platform. That way we keep the light of democracy shining. We can turn our schools into the foundation of democracy they were supposed to be but haven’t been for decades now. They are why we have so many people who thought a criminal was a good idea.
