Then there is this law stating that STATES run elections. Of course, Fascist Florida and Texas can and have colluded.
At 79, I can and do vote in Florida by mail. Nothing like standing in a long line in tropical heat with arthritis. But this year, I had to re-register for mailed voting - new DeSantis scam. I had to get online and request that a ballot be mailed to my house. Lots of Boomers and Silents are computer illiterate and do not even have a PC with internet access.
