But yet, vice president Vice President Harris, in her speech at the confirmation of the Electoral College votes claimed how Democrats through history have work to follow the Constitution, obey their oath of office, and work for the betterment of the majority of the American people. Trump said we have to fight like hell to save our country when actually his plans are to destroy our democratic form of government by taking away basic freedoms, rewarding to ultra rich, and turning our nation into one like Putin's Russia.
Biden ran for the presidency to save the soul of America. If any part of the Constitution was still alive and viable Trump would have been disqualified to run for a second term. The only person that has the ability to stop what's going on now is President Biden. He has presidential power to declare the nation in a state of emergency and stop the transition of power until Trump has been tried for all charges including the ones the extreme Court claimed he was immune of. The founders of our nation wrote the Constitution to prevent some wannabe dictated like Trump from taking office. If we are a country that follows the laws of the consultation, we cannot allow a minority, radical group dictate how we are supposed to set the future course of our country. Once Trump has control of the military, our democracy dies, and the good people of America will have the same chance of getting rid of trump as the Russian people have a getting rid of Putin. Biden will do nothing, though he could, Kamala could have challenged the election but she didn't. They appear to be hedging their bets, they know that whatever they tried SCOTUS would weigh in for Trump and the results would have been Trump seeking vengenance.
Right now SCOTUS dropped everything and has decided to weigh in on Judge Merchans decision to render penalty, and he betrayed the law and us by taking prison time off the table.
Merchan's decision was to be made Friday. We know how SCOTUS will weigh in don't we.
Trump was already convicted 34 times, thus he is a convicted felon, but I hear Andrew Weissmanon MSNBC ptoclaiming that if Trump isn't sentenced, then he isn't really convicted, and so he he want be a convicted felon and president.
