Merrick Garland is a right-wing partisan hack, and Biden should fire him Monday morning!

OMFG! Heresy! After all, didn’t he say that he was apolitical and would keep politics out of his decisions? Why, yes, he did. And that is why he should be fired — for directly lying to the American people! For a person is judged by his or her actions, not hollow words.

He is deliberately allowing a Republican, one-party takeover of our democracy by not aggressively charging and prosecuting the top people — Traitor Trump and his lackey lieutenants — responsible for planning and instigating an insurrection and, now, an insurgency spreading across every corner of the country. It is a very conscious decision NOT to act according to the Constitution, the rule of law, and the principle that no one is above the law in the face of such overwhelming evidence.

Neither can he plead ignorance, that he is unaware of the consequences of his inaction (action by a different name), nor that he is being guided by some higher personal ethical doctrine, which, if so, would be contrary to every legal precept imaginable. Nope, this highly educated student of law, who graduated from Harvard University and Harvard Law School AND became the chief judge of the D.C. Circuit, knows exactly what he is doing (and not doing).

It is time for the fourth rail of government, a media protected by the First Amendment, to call out this little weasel, a Trump Republican through and through, a judgement admitted by his own partisan and despicable behavior. “Moderate” — my ass! Department of Justice — hahahahahahahahaha!

Anyway, Merrick Garland is the biggest missing piece smack-dab in the middle of the puzzle.

I can’t figure out the missing piece of the puzzle. What is it I’m missing?
