Riyadh, the desalination plants, the oil wells, refineries, and Hiways, even their airports were built by foreign contractors and overseen by foreign engineers. They have to import foreigners to haul their garbage and clean their streets, and, if infidels, force them to live behind walls in compounds which they then desacralize, because infidels can not live on holy Muslim land.
