I agree with you on the need to televise the trial. But i have secondary question for you. Should the jurors be able to view the documents he is on trial about? Or should they simply take the word of the government that the papers are and should be secret? If you were a juror in a murder trial and the only real evidence was a video of the murder, would you vote to convict if you could not see the video but instead had to take the word of the prosecution about what was on the tape?
