Actually, I suspect from comments by TV reporters that at the edges of many of the campaign rallies in 2020 for at least one party, there was more than just peaceful activity to keep reporters and others out. Does the word, "peaceable," lend itself to anything that can be enforced without destroying everyone's freedpom????
