I’d prefer to disagree, but honestly, none of the other people best positioned to forcefully address this existential crisis seem inclined to do so. I, too, am a veteran, and at the very least wonder whether senior active duty officers are prepared to honor their oaths and disobey illegal orders. Whatever MAGA thinks of the Constitution, and whatever its flaws, it remains the governing foundation of the United States of America. Patriots are honor bound to uphold it.
And Tom, the top brass in the military chain of command took an oath, the same oath that you and I took, to defend the constitution aginst all enemies, both foreign and DOMESTIC. And if Donald Trump is not a domestic terrorist, I have no idea who could possibly qualify. As far as I'm concerned, the bastard should have been stood up against a wall and executed on January 7, 2021.
