This is my frustration. Garland is useless. He has no spine, no sense of urgency, nothing other than mealy-mouthed self-backside protection. Sure, he appointed Jack Smith - two years too late and very little support. Also at fault is Biden, who has refused to fire Garland.

Biden has to either be complicit or brain dead to not notice! I would bet on complicit.
I believe SCOtUS slipped a caveat into that decision that it takes affect after the next president takes office.
