This is one of the scariest aspects of America's story, and there is no shortage of villains. If only the freedom loving rugged individuals understood how we are being controlled and suppressed by our cruel system of employer based insurance. And golly gee whiz, it's like the Democrats going back to World War II had a vision about what would happen. Or maybe it was because they all had acquired an undying respect for what a difference even the poorest "Joe" could make. Americans deserved compassion and health care then and we deserve it now.
Sadly, I have heard a conversation where someone in the healthcare field was talking about not being able to afford healthcare despite working at a large clinic. This is wrong any way you look at it. I am glad Thom chose this subject for his new book.
Sad but true..I had a sales person tell me they were fully Vacxed ...when I told her that "I would only purchase more ..items and finish the transaction if she put on a mask...."
She was upset but ......she wanted that money...she went in the backroom and put on a mask....everywhere I go.I try to slow down...and.....tell the sales person...I think your beautiful...I care about you and I want to support your business and your lif....e please wear a mask...your young..I want to see you live...the fact ...of taking the time to show someone you care can change their life.........
one young sales man.....wanted just a warm...smile....I have to get better at this.....so I spent time with him and he smiled and appreciated me running out the store...because I forgot my Mask.....but business was so bad..he was willing to serve me... I could tell he had gone thur hell...by telling people to wear a mask he was depleted.......to watch grown adults make it difficult for people to make a living.......without risking their life....and coustomers... needing to encourage salespeople......is so disheartening..but at least...the old saying is true...the costumer is always right....
