I would love to see someone run on stripping all the uber wealthy of most of their wealth; requiring they actually work for their money; public funding of all education, health care, and fixing the prices of housing (and restrictions on how many square feet a person can have) - but hey. Someone running on that platform would never make it out of their own living room. We have a lot of work to do. We will not see the results. it may be 50 years before the mess can be fixed. I too am 72. You and I will be dead by then.
Ah, living room politics. My best fantasies. My husband confessed to me that he will vote for trump. He tends to vote 3rd party but no conservative is running. Every now & then I go on a rant about what I'd like to see dems pass, usually along the lines you stated. Hubs then started calling dems the fascists....
