I am old and clearly remember going to the polls and giving my name and having it looked up in a big book. Then I signed something to compare signatures. I still have a driver's license and don't mind pulling it out to vote but have been aware for some time that it is a plan to restrict voting. And Republicans are full of plans to restrict voting.
