Time for the DOJ to get creative. Except that if President Biden does anything much, watch how fast that SCOTUS “presumption” will magically disappear. Because, in fact, it does only apply to tfg and right-wing Presidents, so long as this SCOTUS is in place. Which means, of course, that President Biden should simply remove various SCOTUS “justices” on whatever pretexts he chooses to manufacture, creating, say, a five person court with a 3-2 liberal majority that won’t challenge his actions, because today’s decision says they shouldn’t. No more bizarre or dangerous a notion than the violence I see ahead for us as we, the majority, are put down again and again by the neo-Confederates. It has to stop, or this country isn’t worth having.
Biden has a perfectly capable VP that has been under-utilized & I don't know why!? But she xan handle so much more than he's given her to do! President of USA is a big job, even on a good day. Part of leadership is knowing when & to whom, to delegate duties! You cannot do it all - no 1 person can, unless are merely a puppet. C'mon Biden! Take the really good help your VP can provide... & Please listen to her! We need you to put great people to work -- delegate -- so you can focus your energy on leading us out of this mess!!
