But, the authorities determine that person will have to actually be injured before they can stop the perpetrator. The harassment, lack of voting sites and drop boxes, and long trips to and long lines at the polls will have to happen before we can prove the harm.

I also keep coming back to the thought that it's going to have to get worse before it gets better ie the fraud Thom is talking about is setting up for utter fiasco this Nov. But as long as the oligarchs only need to buy off a couple of senators, (pocket change!) it's hard to be hopeful even then. Remember the biggest demonstrations ever against bombing Iraq. The people just don't count.
