I completely agree with your sentiment. When I think of the human race and women's role or lack thereof, I shudder.
I cannot understand how women today, knowing their ancestral role, don't unite more and strengthen sisterhood across the globe. We had that opportunity in the Harris/Walz candidacy, yet they blew it out of the park, and future generations will continue to suffer under male domination. ?????????????????????/
That is rather disingenuous predicated upon a consistent false equivalency. "Women" and a Black Woman in the United States are two different things. In fact, add Black Person in the United States to anything: gay, lesbian, heterosexual, Democrat, Republican or effing astronaut and it is different than it is for anyone else. Just like Jim Crow laws were for "Niggers." Not for Asians, not for Arabs, not for Latinos. Same with Sundowner Laws and BLACK Codes. These things exist, and their remnants exist, because this is an apartheid society and, frankly, it's time for you Europeans to own your shit, since you like to own stuff.
You are taking the point about the peaceful conciliatory nature of females vs. males in a very different direction. I’d venture to guess with like-minded audience in agreement with the tragic history of human oppression.
Two different conversations.
Colonization, racism, oppression are humanity’s horror to own.
I consider myself definitely, positively feminist, and I am having a problem with the "peaceful, conciliatory nature" meme. If Susan B. Anthony, not to mention an endless list of sisters down through history, had taken on the "peaceful, conciliatory" stereotype, not only would you be looking at "Stepford Wives," but the obstreperous, relentless force of women would never have contributed to the Underground Railroad and Emancipation, not to mention hanging in there with refusing peace and conciliation in order to be recognized as human enough to vote!
Absolutely, 100% NOT SO SIMPLE! Did you hear about how tall guys do better in this world than short guys? My initial reaction to Nicole was, she's being sarcastic, right? Then serious reaction.... I understand your personal perspective on black experience, but of course Asians, Arabs (or sort of look like Arabs: Sikhs!) and Latinos all have their own cycles of being pissed on. The pecking order is actually universal and infinite. When you pitched in astronaut, was that because of Elon calling the (Danish?) guy who had actually been good enough to fly an Elon rocket ship a retard? And that was a white guy! But respectable but not sit-down-and-shut-up white women have stood up for you black guys, time was and is.
Of course not so simple, nothing ever is. Yes, I am sarcastic, yet serious, whimsical whilst recognizing the tragedy. Within the chaotic mixture of seemingly incongruous sound bites in this thread I remain committed to my notion -of course a generalization- that females possess more emotional hearts than males. 😏Extrapolating out, I do believe “her” innate impulse for violence and brutality, has a lower ceiling than the male’s. No biochemist here, though I’m certain estrogen testosterone mixtures relevant. Don’t mistake my “more peaceful planet having less corruptible leaders supposition” for one that doesn’t recognize her strength or character or steely resolve or commanding leadership. Her strong authority and leadership potential is enhanced by her propensity for collaboration, order and peace. Her natural blend of spirited principle with compassionate human heart underscore the very essence of my “she dream.” Not yet tested, the world has so far missed, but I continue to daydream my women in charge theory. Sure a little sarcastic, a little serious. If only the alpha gorillas would step back, chill and let her in.
Furthermore…
1. I’m an uber fan of Susan B. Anthony. I’d have marched and rallied with her. She’d never have started or perpetuated a war. She’d never have been corruptible or trading on her principles.
2. My heart clenches with animus at dark-hearted sociopathic southern witch Carolyn Bryant Donham. It is entirely unclear to me how she didn’t slit her throat to save us from her continued existence. May her soul be writhing as a clot of darkness, bottom dwelling in hell forever. Read Wright Thompson’s “The Barn” and weep for us all.
3. More than one thing can be true at once. I toss aside labels in a real effort for better, more equitable, tolerant world (black, white, European, Arab, yes, male, female too), for it plays to the very essence of divisive politics the oppressor wants from us. I am not of European descent, yes I’m white, I guess, but WTF? Who jumps into a light conversation about the peacefulness of the female gender with this front of brain? It’s wrongheaded and into the trap I will not fall. I’m a voracious advocate on behalf of those who suffer. When I see something, I say something. When a karen enters my universe, I smack her back. Good and evil is the battle, not male female, black white. The good, the fact-based, the woke (alert to truth), we must please find each other, grab hands and surge into the streets to get loud. I won’t let them divide; it furthers their oppression.
My “she dream” a whimsical dreamscape. Humanity is at stake and the hour is late.
Yet you, The European-American devised those very labels, and designed the premise of "race." Further, I am intrigued, if not perplexed, at how you are "not of European descent, yes I’m white" given that the ONLY place, on this floating blue rock that so-called "white people" originate is from Europa. Though, granted, you ALL came from Alkebulan, in the end, given that THAT is where the very first human came from. According to Encyclopedia Britannica, the concept of "race" as we understand it today was primarily constructed by Europeans, evolving alongside their exploration and colonization efforts, where they categorized different populations based on physical appearance, creating a hierarchy that justified the enslavement and oppression of non-European peoples, particularly Africans, through the idea of racial inferiority; this process was significantly fueled by the Enlightenment era's philosophical ideas about human differences and natural order.
"you black guys" are 75 percent of the world (between Asia and Alkebulan most of the world is melanic)) and I doubt that a Caucasoid anything, male or female, is our savior. History seems to have utterly ruled that o-u-t. Just ask Emmett Till. When have the allegations (lies) of a Black Woman in the United States led to the murder of a white boy? Yet it has happened to our men thousands of times and it still does.
I was going to defend that I didn't say "save," but "stood up for," but darned if in fact white ladies did literally save black men via the "underground railroad!" Common-cause with Douglass until he settled for the vote for blacks with penises and the women who had helped all along had to wait 50 FIFTY years for suffrage! "Other Powers" Barbara Goldsmith and it ain't just about table-tipping, brother.
Never have been, never will be. Further, I will "tip" your table whenever it needs tipping (which is always). How dare you insult me with the "UNDERground Railroad" because, first of all, it wasn't a goddamned "railroad" and, secondly, if your greedy, murderous ilk had not kidnapped, enslaved, raped, lynched, humiliated my ancestors, erased our names, our religions, and our languages in the first M.F.ing place, there would have been no need for an "UNDERground Railroad." I speak nothing of the other half of my ancestry.
White women, by the by, have been responsible for countless murders of Black Men, Women AND Children. Worse, you continue to be as you Make America Great Again. Problem is: THIS "shithole" was never "great" in the first place for anyone other than Y-O-U. White women SPAT on Black Children and Black Women in the United States during bussing and the so-called "feminist" movement.
Now, you take that refuse on down the "UNDERground" road to a M.F. that doesn't know any better.
Not surprised you're mad. I respectfully withdraw "brother." Reviewing, I seem to have reacted to you calling Nicole "Matey!" We do have to be thoughtful about our salutations. Anyhow, I concede the crimes you enumerate, and probably am more aware than most. And how the injustice is very much operative in the injustice system today. As a retired Public Defender, I am still steaming over Zimmerman's acquittal, and posted from professional experience of the devil's synergy between judges who can't get elected without the Police Officers' Association endorsement, signing bs warrants like the one that got Breanna killed. Peace, never-brother.
Per my wife, women can be as treacherous and bitchy as men. Women also commit acts of violence, but your point is taken, although I must say, that Xexres favorite General was a female, and she built a bridge across the Hellesponte, and he Sarmatians required of their women to fight in battle and slay a foe to win the right to marriage, and the greatest admiral in the Chinese fleet was a woman, and then there was Queen Boudica of the Britons.
But one thing women don't do is engage in dick measuring contests, and that is where the slaughter starts, the women mentioned didn't start the wars, they only came in later and whipped ass. It is men who start wars, except maybe Maggie Thatcher.
This country was founded on and by Rich White Men. DEI was based on the fact that Lesser qualified White Men, should step aside to let Better Qualified people of color and Women fulfill these jobs. DEI is based on Merit not White Men Only!!! This administration was to take us back to the Jim Crow era. Thank you,Thom, for another great article this morning ☕ and will reStack ASAP 🙏💯👍🇺🇸
In case you missed it, discrimination on the basis of race, sex, national origin is illegal.
An executive order can't undue it.
Venezuelans sue Trump administration, claiming racial bias, unlawful revocation of TPS
"A group of Venezuelan migrants have sued the Trump administration in federal court, claiming that the government’s termination of deportation protections for Venezuelans is unlawful, politically motivated, racially biased, and part of a broader pattern of discrimination against non-European non-white immigrants. The suit, filed in San Francisco, names Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, the Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. government for revoking Temporary Protected Status, or TPS, for hundreds of thousands of Venezuelans. The National TPS Alliance, along with seven Venezuelan plaintiffs, is seeking the restoration of the 18-month extension granted by the Biden administration on Jan. 17, which would protect 607,000 Venezuelan TPS holders from losing their legal status and facing the threat of deportation."
Exactly! The myth of white male superiority is being debunked before our eyes. It is sad that we are losing our democracy instead of being able to move forward but it appears that we built it on a shaky foundation of racism.
Here is what it boils down to Brenda. Insecure males (the reason behind the popularity of Viagra and Cialis, they can't get it up unless they are dominant and the female submissive, just like the four legged critters we watch on National Geographic.
The empowerment of women and minoritities have left these insecure males feeling emasculated, and consider themselves victims of liberated women and minorities.
If they aren't in total control and command, then they play victim, and the number of books and magazine articles and blogs on the subject are legion, and disgustingly many are written by women, who feel that their sons are victimized, poor boys that can't be boys, or the man, who is their ultimate failsafe doesn't feel like a man.
Hi William: appreciate your reflections as a man! You are right about Moms who raise sons cocooned in hoary stereotypes. I had a job selling reading boosting programs, and so many Moms whose sons needed a boost would say: "Boys will be boys..." In laundromats, which I used for years, so many times a Mom with a little boy and a little girl would have the girl helping while the boy literally bounced off the walls all over the place, while Mom complained to the girl what a slob Dad was, he just threw his stuff on the floor.... My personal favorite, though, is the label "Young Lady...." So often used by Mom as shorthand for "...to be seen and not heard..."
The problem is that we are brainwashed by our parents and thus grow up to be our parents. My mothers family has (had) a dysfunctional legacy that stretched back to my great great grandparents who migrated from Germany in the 1860's (I find that fact of interest because I too am a great great grandparent and I was born in1939)
This dysfunctional legacy was passed on mother to daughter, including my mother and sisters, where as the men in the family, like myself and my mothers brother broke the chain.
Women were taught, chastised, to be self effacing, polite and submissive by their mothers, not their fathers. Most women speak different than men, rather than say, Will you stop at the store on the way home, they will say "are you going to stop at the store on the way home", and a sentence will end in an word with an upward inflection, making them appear weak and helpless, to please the man who needs to feel strong and empowered, it is all a game.. and we are all brainwashed, young boys are taught and expected to be tough, unemotional (except for anger and hatred)
My wife doesn't have the typical female speech pattern, where they talk like a little girlif she did I would not have married her, drives me up the wall, but she does have that irradiating habit of asking me indirectly, Rather than asking me directly.
instead of asking me "Will you go to town" she asks me "are you going to town, and my answer is no, and that frustrates her. I am trying to break her of that silliness.
So true! White, mediocre men have been getting away with so much for so long that some think they are kings, like the guy in the white house. His grandfather was an immigrant and undoubtedly not the shed's sharpest tool. So what does a person like him do? Get into the con game because, at that time, white power was imminent. A darker-skinned person didn't have a chance, or the Indian people for that matter. So, the bloodline continues to flourish by perpetuating a myth that did not exist and, at the time, was easy to carry out. Education was low, and people were easy prey.
However, the bloodline did not improve in decency, honesty, or principle. The con game matures and is passed on to the next generation. Yes, one can make money, but it does not give the class status they desire and seek at any cost. Thus, we move to the current benefactor of a life of deceit sitting in the White House, with a mediocre or less mindset. What does this run-of-the-mill mindset do? He shows cruelty, racial hatred, and indifference and continues to bully people around him. He will never become a gentleman with the air of class and distinction—rich but lowbrow, as the English used to say -dregs of society. His legacy would be tarnished with corruption.
Look at some of the countries with a woman at the helm, Mexico, Finland, Iceland, Denmark and 25 more. They are more responsible and level headed than wannabe macho men like Trump and Putin.
I thought that we were beginning to get over this in the 60's and 70's but I guess that we have regressed. Sad, and now we will be paying the price.
Trump and Musk are both hyper-privileged nepo-babies arguing that somehow White men are the victims of discrimination borne of DEI policies. They are clearly bigots trying to reframe their hate as some sort of equal rights campaign. If they want equality so much, they can start by sharing their wealth with us.
I can tell you what the white boy's real problem is, but it would not be in good taste; particularly in this venue.
When you state "Blacks and women were less likely to own businesses or be in management positions to hire staff," I humbly submit that you can change the fourth word in that sentence to "are." Hell, you could really stretch out and add: "and for the foreseeable future will be, as they have been in the past."
When you state "Thus, white men doing hiring had a built-in bias (sometimes unconscious) to hire other white men," I humbly submit that you change the sixth word of that sentence to "have." And, ad nauseam, you could really stretch out and add: "and for the foreseeable future will be, as they have been in the past."
I am already seeing, hearing and experiencing the green lighting that Drumpf represents to white supremacy and it is vehemently and specifically Anti-Black more than it is the other things. The cops are vibing on it. The courts are vibing on it. The banks are vibing on it. The M.F.'ing grocery stores are vibing on it. Notice I stated "white supremacy" which is beyond "white people."
When a plaintiff/complainant wins a discrimination case, a legal remedy is supposed to make them "whole." Like I proably said elsewhyere, people still keep their Consitutional rights, and an unconstitutioal exexutive order doesn't immunize the perpetrator.
I think that where a pattern of discrimination is established, remedies like affirmative action will remain available.
Just right on Thom. Of course Medicare white men are the beneficiaries of DEI. An important reason jobs suck is … in addition to o & part of …”45 years of Reaganism/neoliberalism gutted America’s manufacturing base and destroyed our unions,” is the shrinking of the Public Sector. Far more jobs requiring BA/BS degrees & beyond are in the public sector. So when u shrink government jobs for people of color, women & educated people evaporate too.
When constructing a Hitlerian nightmare state [at Putin's insistence,] you first need groups to scapegoat and hate on. In addition to Jews, Hitler had several smaller groups: Gays, Blacks, Roma, et al. And now so does the GOP/Musk/Drumpf cabal.
Can an all-White NBA and NFL be far behind? Perhaps the Harlem Globetrotters will become the Upper Eastside Tallywackers.
His nightmare camps cannot be located in AmeriKKKa as citizens (most, except those who've quaffed the laced, grape Flavor Aid/Kool-Aid of hate) would not tolerate such. Hence, there is a need for Gitmo, Canada, and Greenland.
We're a steam locomotive in a B&W Hitchcock movie, whistling, about to enter a tunnel.
Educating women and giving them the means to plan their families is working. Experts knew it would. That is why they want to destroy all the agencies involved. Well it's ONE of the reasons for the wrecking crew. Perhaps the biggest reason.
Trump also uses DEI as a smokescreen to fulfill his duty to Putin and his fascist followers. It is a two-fer. Poor little white boys have become the victim of reverse discrimination. Look over here at that while I destroy America.
Another myth is that there is a perfect candidate for each job; it is such lazy thinking and Republicans WANT to believe it. Racism, misogyny, and xenophobia are their comfort zone. Throw in some toxic religion with that toxic masculinity, Thom.
Having just finished the book DANGEROUS LEARNING BY DEREK W. BLACK I now fully understand the fear of slave masters, why slaves were never to be taught to read and write. Even to the point of being hanged if caught with educational material. Ties in with the war on public schools today.
Yes! And the reason we have fallen into such depravity is the centries long war on women. When women enter politics it becomes a more inclusive compassionate society
DEI was not perfect, but there was a reason it was put into place to begin with. It was put into place because the Civil Rights Act and Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment were not being met. The pendulum is just going to swing the other way now with a bunch of white boys replacing a lot of qualified people as they are "supposedly" better qualified. Trump reminds me of Tony Soprano, this is how he thinks. I still can't believe 77 million people voted for this guy.
I agree. I’ll add one thing, Trump could care less about this issue. He placating his base who at the moment he still needs—not for long. He could care less about reinstating the privilege of other white males. In fact he likes nothing better than grinding them under his heels; it makes him feel more powerful and less pathetic. Trump cares about not letting anything or anyone get in his way—period.
I don't think it is a question of male or female. Instead, we must look more closely at the bias that exists among both sexes. There are both Republicans and Democrats who have been corrupted. NO One is immune from the desire for money and power. We must look to the religions of the world that will speak truth to power. But it costs! The Episcopal Bishop of Washington spoke truth to power. We must see our faith and our own courage as the only way to speak truth to power.
Nope, I’m not looking to the religions of the world for help!! Organized religion is the bane of human existence. Right now religious extremism is & has been corrupting our govt. Are there good individuals of faith among us? Yes, there are, but they are in short supply right now. I want religion to get out of my govt & out of my doctor’s office & hospitals.
Well said, P.J.! The very origins of misogyny are in the abrahamic religions. A few strides have been made, but women are still considered subservient to men in most (if not all) religions.
Thank you. I am the daughter of an immigrant who came here as a very young child. Candidly, most of us are part of this immigrant population long term except Native Americans. These Native Americans were not thoughtfully respected by many ( most) American immigrants.
Funny. I likely benefited by DEI and woke, educated thru college and graduate school, an emphasis by my immigrant mother. I did become a Director and then Senior Director within one U.S. and two global companies that moved to the U.S. headquarters. I was the first woman at this level in these roles. DEI did not make these opportunities possible directly and yet they may have opened the opportunity. Candidly from my schooling and onward it became ‘a thing’ . In high school I became the first ‘girl’ student body president. I ran against my friend, the captain of the football team, of course a guy.
I am so delighted to see all of this has changed in many places as it should.
A woman governor , president, world leader, is good for all of US. We have women astronauts, changing our full world, not simply our country.
High Achievers don’t need a leg up, but many mid achievers with the correct racial profile game the system at the expense of the high achievers that should have ben selected… we need equal opportunity not equal outcome…. and DEI is proving to be the wrong way to manage this.
By the way I was admitted to all the universities to which I applied . At my undergraduate university my male friends wanted me to run for Student Body President.( they were so kind. I chose not to at the time.
At one use and two other global companies I was advanced in my position to a more senior level without asking. Did I have bright diverse teams. Absolutely . I expected a lot of my team and as their ‘boss’ ( old term) of me.
Perhaps consider that your comment comes across as complaining . I don’t think you get it. Might help with your team recruiting if you do.
When hired for my government job I had to take a test, my experience was evaluated and given a rating, I had a formalized interview by a panel compl=rised of both government and professional experts, had an FBI background check, and was placed in a "register" with a numerical scale vs the other 700+ candidates. My employer was given a "best qualified list" of 3 (from which I was first). .
I had the benefit of "affirmative action" as a disabled combat veteran. I got an added 10 points to my score. I took about a 50% pay cut to take the job.
As # 45 Trump killed "merit selection" in favor of the spoils system.
Consider that the tests were very difficult and that at least 10 years of experience was required.
After Trump killed merit selection I am told many new hires were incomepent and some quit as the job was too difficult for them.
I appreciate your comments . Thank you. Trump is quite dangerous at so many levels. I am a dual U.S. EU citizen with passports to both and family members in Chicago and New York. I moved to EU when Trump was elected. I returned later after Biden won and witnessed January 6th.
I sold my U.S. property very quickly and twice for what I had paid 12 years before. I told my family that I will return to the EU and buy a place where they can all come and stay.
I am so very concerned about our country. We need to understand what is important as Americans.
Nigel , Your experience with DEI? I am clearly disappointed with your comments. Your comment is reflective of a ‘white man’ who does not get it. Do you?
Candidly my father who was successful , bright and
encouraging. Why? His father died at 45 and his mother insisted that her three children go to college and excel. My father passed on that encouragement to me. Candidly I advanced to Director level at three large global
companies , one US and two EU. I went to University of Notre Dame when it accepted women and years later to Johns Hopkins. I
Your comments are very disappointing . I think you do not have a real clue and have not been successful with recruiting and engaging teams Have you ever thought or considered the internal biases you have in your head??
Consider.. . ‘Gaming ‘ the system reflects internalized
biase perhaps, yes. . Have you ever advanced a diverse team? Have you ever had a diverse team want to work for you?
I think you likely have no clue … A leader
Maybe you are complaining about performance and not diversity. I would never work for you or on your team…ever. Thing is if you worked for me you might learn what high achievers do.
I always wondered what "woke" meant to people who say they are against it. Literally this sounds like it is better to be a sleepwalker than to think for oneself. Seriously, how do you define it? It seems a bit like being against "Antifa", which doesn't exist as an organization but is a generalized "Anti-Fascist" movement. If one is not for Fascism then why be against those who oppose it? If someone cannot clearly define their terms then please don't use them.
I think you need educating….Woke, DEI, de-colonialism, post-modernism, critical-race- theory and multiculturalism.. all are socialist Marxist constructs and not in the best interests of our western civilization as we must have meritocracy. Anything else is foolish...
I appreciate your calm and sincere answer, Nigel. I will listen to this video though briefly researching the presenter raises questions about how open he is to anything except a rigid viewpoint. (Maybe I'm more "woken" to other ideas than he is.)
Personally I think there is a lot to be said for decolonization, Europeans (along with almost every other group) having stolen everything and everybody they could get their hands on, critical race theory as none of this past should be hidden, and multiculturalism, the world being far too small and fragile for us to live in isolated and fearful separate groups any longer. At their best these are approaches that emphasize individual action, humanism and the courage to think. But then after visiting well over 100 countries I try to see the good and not so good in every society.
While I like a lot of Western ideas and am very much a part of this culture it is obvious that not every group in the world wants or needs them. Still, our listening to each other can be a way of learning. I would not call the ideas you mentioned "Marxist constructs" as that is too simple and recent a label for deep social issues, though I agree that sometimes Progressives have not listened well either. But the current occupant of the White House and his Musketeers seem incapable of anything except fear, anger, hate and self-interest. They are attacking the fundamental ideals of what potentially can make America "great", and they are selling it out to real enemies abroad. No such actions are good for any society, anywhere.
Better luck next time when you vote.. but what is happening now is a good direction... To your point about not wanting western ideas... I don't see many of these migrants rushing to try to leave what we have .. I think multiculturalism and the way our children are being brainwashed by these woke ideas is a disgrace.... And don't think that I am in a minority...Most of us want our nations back from this nonsense.. Go Trump!
Civil and Human Rights Organizations Sue Trump Administration Over DEI, Gender Orders
“Beyond spreading inaccurate, dehumanizing, and divisive rhetoric, President Trump’s Executive Orders seek to tie the hands of organizations, like our clients, providing critical services to people who need them most,” said Janai Nelson, president and director-counsel of LDF, in a press release. “The three orders we are challenging today perpetuate false and longstanding stereotypes that Black people and other underrepresented groups lack skills, talent, and merit—willfully ignoring the discriminatory barriers that prevent a true meritocracy from flourishing.”
It is pleasant to have a civil discourse, and we can end by agreeing to disagree. After all, we both want what is best for the country, we just have different views. And it is good to discuss ideas with people who have other viewpoints. But regarding some of those ideas, I was thinking more of Asian and African nations, whose people often have long and culturally rich societies that were too often badly distorted by colonialism. (Which I admit could sometimes improve their living standards.) Overall their organically grown economies may have elements of capitalism and socialism, but they work best when not externally imposed. To take such places and try to add Western ideas that copy foreign ways of government and society usually ends in disaster. We can exchange ideas, but at our own paces (multiculturalism again).
Anyway as a fellow citizen you certainly have every right to cheer on the current administration. But please remember that he does have a history of betraying people, from early contractors through wives, bankers, Pence and so on. And he doesn’t care about you, me or the Man in the Moon. At some point his policies could well fail and if so he will then blame Biden, liberals, foreigners, or anybody else who is handy. Ultimately he would be responsible, but don’t expect that he will ever admit that.
I agree with your wish to have a civil discourse… A huge shame others won’t do that…
I tend to look at the signal not the noise in anything done in making change happen, and I try to avoid short term divisive thinking, and try to focus much more on signing up via a democratic process to the mutual long-term goals.
Its clear that the western world and its traditional social norms have been very successful, and its what a lot of us want to continue to live within…
It should be very OK to be proud of our nation/s even if we have to learn what we did right and things we did less well.
Yes, we may have done some things wrong in the past, but these mistakes should not be treated as “original sin” that gets inherited by future generations and used as any reason to destroy our very successful western history and social fabric. This is what the socialist woke left thinking elements in our society are gleefully doing by weaponizing de-colonialization and promoting the mistakes of DEI and multiculturalism, and insisting we continue the bad journey of global driven multilateralism.
If others outside of our nation want to join the western world or even participate in our trade and prosperity, then its their job to adapt to our society, and not ours to accommodate theirs through the huge mistake of multilateralism and the DEI edicts. If they are not happy with that position, then stay away. And don’t try to join our nations without being invited as that will be treated as a criminal act and not tolerated.
We must now return and attend to a strong need for nationalism that must place the health of its citizens in top of mind and motivate them to rebuild national prosperity.
The new building block of global society as a whole are nations. These nations must only interconnect if it benefits its own national citizens, and not some failed notion of a “global order” that has become a socialist wealth transfer machine that has not benefited the national citizens of the west.
This is the mandate of the new Republican party and the MAGA direction driven by Trump.
Many western nations are now building a political sector that is thinking this way, and it’s called National Conservatism, and we see many western nations with this political ideology sector growing in the voter’s mind and how many will vote going forward.
Here is an article that defines this political ideology.
I think you need educating….Woke, DEI, de-colonialism, post-modernism, critical-race- theory and multiculturalism.. all are socialist Marxist constructs and not in the best interests of our western civilization as we must have meritocracy. Anything else is foolish...
Oh my, I deeply appreciate learning and education and particularly the history and background how different leaders learned and evolved. Lenin and Lincoln are two to study.
Fortunately in my college and graduate school days I never had to suffer through someone as closed minded, and arrogant as you appear to be engage. There are parts of learning that involve questioning and a level of curiosity. I do suggest you pause and review and consider how you engage .
In practice, even as # 45, Trump used DEI to hire Black Republicans, wonen Republicans etc. Many of his recent appointments meet that profile. Many Cubanos here were hires on that basis -- real or imagined.
Trump picks U.S. attorney in Miami. As criminal prosecutor, he received poor evaluations
Passed as Cuban: "After a lifetime of only going by the last name “Reding,” he added “Quiñones” to his surname in December 2023 when he applied for judicial openings on the county bench — a not so uncommon strategy in the so-called name game of judicial politics in Miami-Dade, where the majority of voters are Hispanic. It’s not clear whether Quiñones is a family name, however, because the 44-year-old Reding has never publicly explained why he appended it to his application to the Florida Judicial Nominating Commission in his bid for county judge."
Meanwhile Trump Inc hires temporary visa workers from the Balkans in lieu of locals.
No… I will thank God when you read, reflect and understand that your engagement is arrogant and not effective for everyone. Unfortunate that you are so.
How does this relate?? Just who is running this shit show, Nigel? Let me tell you: Two white males who don't have a clue what they're doing. Does that explain it in simple enough terms for you, Nigel???
“are” almost over. Must be another unqualified white guy…
Damn Thom, you nailed it. There really is nothing more to be said on the subject. This article of yours is primary reference.
Haha so true. If women ruled the world, there would be no wars, hate, corruption, dick-measuring. Peace on earth would be…
I completely agree with your sentiment.
And people.

"...in a very different direction."
That's the point, matey.
Yup. Got those blinkers on real tight.
" I toss aside labels..."
I am not your brother.
Now, you take that refuse on down the "UNDERground" road to a M.F. that doesn't know any better.
https://rohnkenyatta.substack.com/p/a-short-story-coltrane-smog-the-exorcist?utm_source=publication-search
Women, yes, bad, I avoid them. 😂😂
1. Bad - catty & mean, not alpha destructive mode with devastating-to-humanity outcomes.
2. Bad - as foot soldier following evil male. Check example, the dark-hearted GOPMAGA witch Carolyn Levitt, a lie-spewing Trumpler minion.
Persian and other histories of the ancients, I don’t know. Sounds like a good subject. You’ve inspired me.
Xexres favorite leader? Weren’t they home tending to babies barefoot in the scullery..?
Maggie, the Iron Lady; Falkland Islands ..?

I was born in 1941 and I appreciate your statements.
I broke out of the mold early and carved my own path.
Many more like you, there has been a decrease in the number of "valley girls" and an increase in the demand for Viagra, Cialis and InCels.
The two are related.
And the first American prime minister, Golda Meir, a teacher from Milwaukee.
Vibe on it, brother.
Nice work, as usual, Mr. Hartmann.
It might boomerang.
There are only some many Larry Birds or Pistol Petes around. The NBA would suck.
Bob Cousy, Jerry West, Bill Bradley, and more. But . . . not enough to make a league.
Most of these guys were playing against other white guys, so low bar.
Keep teaching and thanks.
Having just finished the book DANGEROUS LEARNING BY DEREK W. BLACK I now fully understand the fear of slave masters, why slaves were never to be taught to read and write. Even to the point of being hanged if caught with educational material. Ties in with the war on public schools today.
Bravo! Mate.
Bravo!
This article is pure propaganda... the good news is that the days of the woke DEI nonsense is almost over.
Why is all about you?..... Its not about you....i am talking about the much broader picture.
Do you know how to manage in diversity? How do
Its not about me.
I suggest you stop looking in the mirror and look at the bigger picture.
Anything else is foolish...
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OVZPYQS1dFA&t=346s
Go Trump!
We have a 14th Amendment to our Consitution. Apparently you are not an American. We have inaliable rights.
If it were up to most manufacturers, robots would displace humanity... except they don't make good customers.
'Marxist!" Read the Deserted Village. Published in 1770.
“The three orders we are challenging today perpetuate false and longstanding stereotypes that Black people and other underrepresented groups lack skills, talent, and merit—willfully ignoring the discriminatory barriers that prevent a true meritocracy from flourishing.”
https://time.com/7259435/civil-rights-organizations-sue-trump-administration-over-dei-gender-orders/

Golly, Nigel. Can't get a girlfriend??

In your dreams, white boy!
Could you elaborate on the meaning by ‘woke DEI nonsense’.
I think you need educating….Woke, DEI, de-colonialism, post-modernism, critical-race- theory and multiculturalism.. all are socialist Marxist constructs and not in the best interests of our western civilization as we must have meritocracy. Anything else is foolish...

You are the foolish one. It has been proven that companies that have a diverse workforce do better.
If so then why are 95% moving away from DEI?
Because they are a bunch of frightened, cowardly assholes, & misogynistic bigots.

My mantra… one needs to learn and lead and be the change one seeks… Kindness with thoughtful questions are a good place to start…
your using that mirror again!
Apologies. I was multitasking and responding to someone else. With you I have disengaged oermanently now.
Thank god.
No… I will thank God when you read, reflect and understand that your engagement is arrogant and not effective for everyone. Unfortunate that you are so.
I am quite happy thank you. I wish you well.
Very intelligent

Explain how this relates to the subject?
How does this relate?? Just who is running this shit show, Nigel? Let me tell you: Two white males who don't have a clue what they're doing. Does that explain it in simple enough terms for you, Nigel???
